Measurements:
1 medium cold brew
1 double cold espresso
60 ml Aperol
20 ml sugar syrup
50 ml gin
30 ml fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes
Tonic waterto serve
Dried orange sliceto garnish
Instructions

Pour the cold brew into an ice cube tray and freeze.

To serve, place the cold brew ice cubes into a serving glass.

Place the espresso, Aperol, simple syrup, gin and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.

Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker over the cold brew cubes. Top with tonic water and garnish with a dried orange slice to garnish.
