Ingredients
Measurements:
- 1 lungo shot espresso
chilled
- 120 ml full cream milk
- 60 ml thick caramel syrup
plus extra to garnish
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 60 g ice-cubes
- Coffee beans
to garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the chilled espresso, milk, caramel syrup, ice cream and ice in a blender and blend until combined.
- 2Drizzle the inside of a short serving glass with caramel syrup. Fill with the caramel espresso frappe and garnish with coffee beans.
