- 1 shot espresso
chilled
- 150 ml full cream milk
- 20 ml strawberry syrup
divided
- 60 ml thickened cream
- 30 ml coconut cream
- Ice-cubes
to serve
- Strawberries
to garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the chilled espresso, milk and 15ml of the strawberry syrup in a measuring jug and stir to combine.
- 2Place the remaining 5ml (1 teaspoon) strawberry syrup, cream and coconut cream in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
- 3Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the espresso mixture. Top with the cream mixture and garnish with a strawberry to serve.
