Ingredients
Measurements:
- 1 double shot espresso
chilled
- 15 ml vodka
- 15 ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 30 ml sugar syrup
- 80 ml coconut milk
- Ice-cubes
- Coconut flakes
toasted, to garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the chilled espresso, vodka, Kahlua, simple syrup and coconut milk in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.
- 2Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a martini glass. Garnish with coconut flakes to serve.
