Handful of fresh mint leaves
1 limesliced
Ice cubesto serve
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
50 ml sugar syrup
150 ml lemonade
Lungo cold brew shot
Lime slicesto garnish
- Mint sprig

Instructions
- 1Using a mortar and pestle, muddle the mint and lime.
- 2Half fill a tall glass with ice and top with the mint and lime mixture. Add the lime juice and sugar syrup.
- 3Top with the lemonade and cold brew. Garnish with lime slices and mint sprig to serve.
