Ingredients

Measurements:

  • lungo espresso icon
    1 lungo espresso

    chilled

  • full cream milk icon
    120 ml full cream milk
  • scoops vanilla ice cream icon
    2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Oreo cookies icon
    60 g Oreo cookies

    approximately 5 cookies, plus extra to garnish

  • ice cube icon
    30 g ice cubes
  • thick chocolate syrup icon
    Thick chocolate syrup

    to garnish

Instructions

    Place the chilled espresso, milk, ice cream, Oreo cookies and ice in a blender and blend until combined.

    Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with chocolate syrup. Pour the espresso cookies and cream shake into the glass and garnish with chopped Oreos.
