- 60 ml thickened cream
- 30 ml coconut cream
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- Ice-cubes
to serve
- 1 double shot cold espresso
- 15 ml vanilla syrup
- 30 ml Malibu
- 50 ml water
- Edible rose petals
to garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the cream, coconut cream and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
- 2Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup, Malibu and water. Top with the cream foam and garnish with edible rose petals to serve.
