Ingredients

Measurements:

  • full cream milk icon
    240 ml full cream milk
  • shelled pistachio icon
    45 g shelled pistachios
  • caster sugar icon
    4 tsp caster sugar
  • ice cube icon
    Ice cubes

    to serve

  • medium cold brew icon
    1 medium cold brew
  • shelled pistachio icon
    Shelled pistachios

    finely chopped, to serve

Instructions

    Place the milk, pistachios and sugar in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour through a sieve lined with cheese cloth to strain into a measuring jug.

  • 2

    Fill a large serving glass with ice and add the pistachio milk. Pour in the cold brew and garnish with chopped pistachios to serve.
