Measurements:
- 60 ml thickened cream
- 15 ml full cream milk
- 1½ tsp white sugar
- 30 ml hazelnut syrup
divided
- Ice-cubes
to serve
- 1 medium cold brew shot
- White chocolate
grated, to garnish
- Toasted hazelnuts
grated, to garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the cream, milk, sugar and 1 teaspoon hazelnut syrup in a measuring jug. Whisk until thick but still pouring consistency.
- 2Fill a tall serving glass with ice and pour over the cold brew and remaining hazelnut syrup. Top with the cream mixture and garnish with white chocolate and hazelnuts to serve.
