Measurements:

  • osmanthus sugar syrup icon
    20 g osmanthus sugar syrup
  • ice cube icon
    Ice cubes

    to serve

  • full cream milk icon
    150 ml full cream milk
  • double shot cold espresso icon
    1 double shot cold espresso
  • dried osmanthus flowers icon
    Dried osmanthus flowers

    to serve

For the osmanthus cream

  • thickened cream icon
    40 ml thickened cream
  • osmanthus sugar syrup icon
    10 g osmanthus sugar syrup
  • caster sugar icon
    1 tsp caster sugar
  • full cream milk icon
    2 tsp full cream milk

Instructions

  • 1To make the osmanthus cream, place the cream, osmanthus sugar syrup, sugar and milk in a measuring jug. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
  • 2Place the osmanthus sugar syrup in the bottom of a medium serving glass. Fill with ice and pour in the milk.
  • 3Pour over the espresso and top with the osmanthus cream. Garnish with dried osmanthus flowers to serve.
