Measurements:
1 tbsp pistachio pasteplus extra to garnish
Shelled pistachiosfinely chopped to garnish
1 double shot espresso
Full cream milksteamed and textured
Instructions
- 1Smear the pistachio paste into the bottom of a small serving glass. Dip the glass into the pistachio paste to coat the rim, then dip into the pistachios.
- 2Place the prepared glass under the portafilter and watch as the shot of espresso free pours.
- 3Top with steamed and textured milk.
