Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
Williams Sonoma have given the classic European-style hot chocolate a fresh twist. Inspired by the hot chocolate served in Parisian cafés, this luscious version combines premium chocolate with the buttery richness of salted caramel.

Measurements:
- 4 tbsp Williams Sonoma Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
Instructions
- 1Place the Williams Sonoma hot chocolate in a mug.
- 2Pour your favourite milk into the milk jug.
- 3Scroll and select Hot Chocolate on the Oracle Jet screen.
- 4Place the milk jug under the steam wand and press the button on the screen to texture the milk.
- 5Add a little of the hot milk to the mug and stir to dissolve the chocolate. Add the remaining milk and stir until well combined.
- 6Garnish with your favourite topping. Tip: We’ve piped some meringue around the rim of the mug and used a blow torch to toast it!
