Salted caramel sauceto serve
Ice cubesto serve
180 ml full cream milk
1 double shot cold espresso
Freshly cracked pepperto garnish
Sea salt flakesto garnish
For the salted caramel cream cheese
60 ml thickened cream
40 g cream cheeseat room temperature
2 tsp full cream milk
1 tsp salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- 1To make the salted caramel cream cheese, place the cream, cream cheese, milk and salted caramel sauce in a measuring jug. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
- 2Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with salted caramel sauce. Fill with ice and pour in the milk.
- 3Pour over the chilled espresso and top with the salted caramel cream cheese. Garnish with pepper and sea salt flakes, to serve.
