    60 ml thickened cream
  • coconut cream icon
    30 ml coconut cream
  • sugar syrup icon
    15 ml sugar syrup
  • ice-cube icon

  • double shot cold espresso icon
    1 double shot cold espresso
  • vanilla syrup icon
    30 ml vanilla syrup
  • water icon
    150 ml water
  • cocoa powder icon

Instructions

  • 1Place the cream, coconut cream and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
  • 2Fill a serving glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup and water. Top with the cream foam and dust with cocoa powder to serve.
