Ingredients
Measurements:
- 60 g white chocolate
chopped
- 1 shot espresso
- 150 ml full cream milk
heated
Instructions
- 1To melt the chocolate, place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Don’t allow the base of the bowl to touch the water, so the chocolate doesn’t overheat. Stir occasionally until melted.Tip: Chocolate can also be melted in the microwave.
- 2Remove the chocolate from the heat. Dip a serving glass into the chocolate to coat the rim.
- 3Add 1 tablespoon of the remaining chocolate to the glass and brew the espresso shot over the chocolate. Mix to combine. Top with hot milk to serve.
