Measurements:
200 g ricotta cheese
2 tbsp (30 g) honey
Pinch of ground cardamom
4 crumpets
2 tbsp (30 g) strawberry jam
8 strawberriescut into 5mm slices
Icing sugarto dust

Place the ricotta, honey and cardamom in a bowl and whisk to combine and aerate.

Place the crumpets in the toaster with the bubbled side facing out. Select Crumpet and press Start to toast.
