Prawn Cocktail Rolls

Measurements:
⅓ cup (75 g) mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp brandy
1 tsp chilli sauce
200 g peeled and deveined cooked king prawnscut into 1cm pieces
1 celery stickthinly sliced
2 green onionsthinly sliced
2 hot dog rolls
Butterat room temperature
1 baby cos lettuceleaves separated

Place the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brandy and chilli sauce in a bowl and whisk.

Add the prawns, celery and onions to the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.

Slice the hotdog rolls in half lengthwise, lightly spread with butter.

Place the rolls in the toaster with the cut side facing out. Select Crumpet and press Start to toast.

Line the base of each roll with lettuce leaves. Top with the prawn mixture, finish with the roll tops and serve.
