Prawn Cocktail Rolls
These prawn cocktail rolls are the perfect blend of creamy, crunchy and zesty nostalgia, served up in a soft toasted roll. The Breville Eye Q Toaster gives each roll a delicate golden finish, soft inside and crisp outside, for the ultimate party-ready bite.

Measurements:
- ⅓ cup (75 g) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp brandy
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 200 g peeled and deveined cooked king prawns
cut into 1cm pieces
- 1 celery stick
thinly sliced
- 2 green onions
thinly sliced
- 2 hot dog rolls
- Butter
at room temperature
- 1 baby cos lettuce
leaves separated
Instructions
- 1Place the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brandy and chilli sauce in a bowl and whisk.
- 2Add the prawns, celery and onions to the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.
- 3Slice the hotdog rolls in half lengthwise, lightly spread with butter.
- 4Place the rolls in the toaster with the cut side facing out. Select Crumpet and press Start to toast.Tip: Select your preferred toasting shade.
- 5Line the base of each roll with lettuce leaves. Top with the prawn mixture, finish with the roll tops and serve.
