    4 (110 g) celery stalks
  • lemon icon
    1 (140 g) lemon

    peeled and pith removed

  • Worcestershire sauce icon
    4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce icon
    ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
  • vodka icon
    ⅔ cup (160 ml) vodka

    chilled

  • sea salt icon

  • freshly ground black pepper icon

To serve

  • crushed ice icon

Instructions

  • 1

    Process the tomatoes and celery through the juicer using the FAST speed.

  • 2

    Process the lemon through the juicer using the QUIET speed.

  • 3

    Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and vodka. Season well with salt and pepper.

  • 4

    Spoon the crushed ice into chilled glasses. Pour the juice over the ice and add a celery stalk to each glass. Sprinkle with celery salt and pepper and serve.
