Makes about 4 cups

Ingredients

Measurements:

  • medium red apple icon
    4 (600 g) medium red apples
  • small red capsicum icon
    2 (300 g) small red capsicums

    core and seeds removed

  • piece fresh ginger icon
    15 g piece fresh ginger
  • medium red or white dragon fruit icon
    2 (600 g) medium red or white dragon fruit

    peeled, plus extra for garnish

  • small Lebanese cucumber icon
    4 (400 g) small Lebanese cucumbers
  • large lime icon
    ½ (60 g) large lime

    peeled and pith removed

Instructions

  • 1

    With the motor on Hard speed, place the apples into the feed chute and use the food pusher to gently guide the apples down. Repeat with the capsicums and ginger.

    Tip: To extract the maximum amount of juice, always push the food pusher down slowly.

    Switch to Soft speed and juice the dragon fruit, cucumbers and lime.

  • 3

    Stir gently to combine, then pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with dragon fruit and serve immediately.
