Ingredients
Measurements:
- 4 (800 g) medium red capsicums
core and seeds removed
- 2 (400 g) large green apples
- 2 (240 g) medium carrots
plus extra for garnish
- 25 g piece fresh ginger
- 2 (480 g) medium oranges
peeled and pith removed
- ½ (60 g) large lime
peeled and pith removed
Instructions

With the motor on Hard speed, place the capsicums into the feed chute and use the food pusher to gently guide the capsicums down. Repeat with the apples, carrots and ginger.
Tip: To extract the maximum amount of juice, always push the food pusher down slowly. - 2
Switch to Soft speed and juice the oranges and lime.

Stir gently to combine, then pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with carrot slices and serve immediately.
