Ingredients
Measurements:
6 (900 g) medium zucchiniplus extra for garnish
½ cup (15 g) mint leaves
2 (340 g) Lebanese cucumbers
1 (120 g) large limepeeled and pith removed
5 (750 g) medium green apples

With the motor on Soft speed, place the zucchini and mint into the feed chute and use the food pusher to gently guide the zucchini down, feeding the mint through with the zucchini to help it process more easily. Repeat with the cucumbers and lime.
Tip: To extract the maximum amount of juice, always push the food pusher down slowly. - 2
Switch to Hard speed and juice the apples.

Stir gently to combine, then pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with zucchini ribbons and serve immediately.
