20 Minute Cheesy Garlic Pizza
Yoghurt is the hero ingredient in this super easy and versatile dough. The acidity in the yoghurt helps tenderise the dough and adds flavour. Brushed with garlic infused oil and sprinkled with cheese, this is a great snack or, can be turned into a meal with your favourite pizza toppings.

Ingredients
Measurements:
- 2 cups (300 g) plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1¼ cups (300 g) plain Greek-style yoghurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
crushed
- 1¼ cups (125 g) shredded mozzarella or cheese of your choice
Instructions
- 1Insert the wire rack into position 7. Set the oven to Pizza, Convection, 200°C, for 10 minutes and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
- 2Place the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and stir to combine.
- 3Add the yoghurt and bring the dough together. Turn out onto the bench top and knead to combine.
- 4Flour the bench top and dough and roll until large enough to fit the pizza pan. Place the dough on the pan and press to the edge.
- 5Combine the oil and garlic in a small bowl and brush over the dough. Sprinkle with the cheese.
- 6Once preheated, place the pan in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
- 7The cheese should be melted and the crust golden brown. If not, cook it a little longer.
- 8Cut and serve.
