Instructions
- 1Place all the Cajun seasoning ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
- 2Insert the wire rack into position 4. Select Phase Cook for P1 and set the oven to Air Fry, Super Convection, 200°C, for 17 minutes. Press Start for P2, set the oven to Grill, High, for 3 minutes and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
- 3Place the pork in the roasting pan and brush with 1 tablespoon oil. Sprinkle one side with half the Cajun seasoning and press to coat. Turn and repeat on the other side.
- 4Place the onions in a bowl, add ½ teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil and toss to coat. Add the onions to the pan with the pork.
- 5Once preheated, place the pan in the oven and air fry for 17 minutes. The oven will then switch to grill for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
- 6Place the corn in the emptied onion bowl, add the remaining salt and 1 tablespoon oil. Turn to coat and set aside.
- 7The pork is ready when a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 64°C. If not, cook it a little longer.Tip: The internal temp is for blush pink. If you prefer your pork well done, it should read 77°C. The size and thickness of the pork chop can alter the cooking time. For best results, test for doneness 3 to 5 minutes before the end of the cook.
- 8Remove the pork from the pan and loosely cover with foil. Stand in a warm place while the corn is cooking. Adjust the oven to Air Fry, Super Convection, 200°C, for 10 minutes and press Start to preheat. Add the corn to the pan with the onions.
- 9Once preheated, return the pan to the oven and air fry the corn for 10 minutes.
- 10The corn kernels should be tender when pierced with a knife. If not, air fry it a little longer.
- 11Generously squeeze with lime juice over pork and corn and serve.
