Measurements:

  • large egg icon
    6 large eggs
  • thickened cream icon
    ¾ cup (180 ml) thickened cream
  • vintage cheddar cheese icon
    115 g vintage cheddar cheese

    grated

  • green onion icon
    1 green onion

    thinly sliced

  • clove garlic icon
    1 clove garlic

    crushed

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper icon

  • Tuscan cabbage stalks icon
    3 Tuscan cabbage stalks

    leaves removed from stalks, leaves coarsely chopped, discard stalks

  • marinated artichoke icon
    170 g marinated artichokes

    drained, halved

Instructions

  • 1Combine eggs and cream in a large bowl. Add half the cheese, green onion and garlic and season to taste.
  • 2Lightly grease a 24cm round microwave-safe dish. Arrange Tuscan cabbage over the base of the dish and pour over the egg mixture. Scatter with artichokes and remaining cheese.
  • 3Press Fast Combi and set 180°C for 30 minutes. Place dish in Combi Crisp pan and place in microwave in high position. Press Start to begin cooking.
  • 4Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
