Ingredients
Measurements:
- 6 large eggs
- ¾ cup (180 ml) thickened cream
- 115 g vintage cheddar cheese
grated
- 1 green onion
thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic
crushed
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 Tuscan cabbage stalks
leaves removed from stalks, leaves coarsely chopped, discard stalks
- 170 g marinated artichokes
drained, halved
Instructions
- 1Combine eggs and cream in a large bowl. Add half the cheese, green onion and garlic and season to taste.
- 2Lightly grease a 24cm round microwave-safe dish. Arrange Tuscan cabbage over the base of the dish and pour over the egg mixture. Scatter with artichokes and remaining cheese.
- 3Press Fast Combi and set 180°C for 30 minutes. Place dish in Combi Crisp pan and place in microwave in high position. Press Start to begin cooking.
- 4Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
