Essential Pizza Sauce
Crazy-simple and ready in a couple of minutes. It’s the perfect pizza sauce, but also great with pasta, steak and parmigiana.

Ingredients
Measurements:
2 x 400 g cans whole peeled tomatoes
3 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlicchopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp coarse salt
Pinch dried chilli flakesoptional
Instructions
- 1Place the tomatoes, oil, garlic, oregano, salt and chilli flakes (if using), in a large jug. Process with an immersion blender until smooth.Tip: Sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
