Iced Cinnamon Caramel Cold Brew

Some frosty spiced magic is at play here! Iced cold brewed coffee gets partnered with the subtle warmth of cinnamon and the sweet, buttery flavors of caramel. Spicing things up one frosty sip at a time.

Ingredients

Measurements:

2 fl oz heavy cream
½ fl oz whole milk
1½ tsp granulated sugar
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
plus extra to garnish
1 fl oz caramel syrup
divided
Ice-cubes
to serve
1 small cold brew shot

Cinnamon stick
to garnish

Instructions

1Place the cream, milk, sugar, cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of the caramel syrup in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk until thick but still pouring consistency.
2Fill a medium-size glass with ice and pour over the cold brew and remaining caramel syrup. To serve, top with the cinnamon cream mixture and garnish with extra ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
