Insert the wire rack into position 7. Set the oven to Bake, Convection, 325°F, for 1 hour 10 minutes and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
Grease and line a 8½-inch x 4½-inch x 2½-inch deep loaf pan with parchment paper.
To make the walnut streusel, carefully assemble the processor with the grey spindle and green S-blade in the bowl. Add all the streusel ingredients to the processor bowl and pulse until the mixture resembles pea-sized pieces. Remove from the bowl and set aside.
To make the banana bread, place the banana and sugar in the processor bowl and process until pureed. Add the eggs, oil, milk and salt and process to combine.
Sift the flour and baking powder together, then add to the processor bowl and pulse until just combined, scraping down the side as needed.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the top with the walnut streusel.
Once preheated, place the pan in the oven and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Stand the banana bread in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Slice the banana bread and serve warm with butter.
