Ingredients
Measurements:
⅓ cup (½ oz) cilantro leaves
¼ green cabbage
cored and halved
¼ red cabbage
cored and halved
½ small red onion
peeled and halved
1 carrot
peeled
1 cup (7¾ oz) Essential Mayonnaise
1 lime
zested and juiced
1 tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
to season
Instructions
1Carefully assemble the processor with the grey spindle and green S-blade™ in the bowl. Add the cilantro and process until coarsely chopped, scraping down the side occasionally.
2Carefully remove the S-blade™. Place the orange adjustable slicer set on 2 in the bowl and shred the cabbage over the cilantro. Transfer the cabbage mixture to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
3Adjust the slicer to 1 and slice the onion.
4Remove the slicer, place the yellow reversible shredder, with the coarse side up in the bowl and shred the carrot over the onion.
5Add the onion and carrot to the cabbage and toss to combine.
6Add the mayonnaise, lime zest and juice, salt and pepper to the slaw mix and toss to combine. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Tip: Make it your own, jazz up the mayo, change the seasoning and adjust the recipe to your liking.
