The key to perfect guac is the balance of ingredients, chopped to the right size, so everything can meld, and you can dip, scoop or spread. Chopped onion and cilantro, and mashed avo are done in an instant, with your only big decision…jalapeño for a warm hug or serrano for a fiery kick!

Makes about 1½ cups
Ingredients
Measurements:
½ small white onion
peeled
½ jalapeño or serrano chili
⅓ cup (½ oz) cilantro leaves
2 avocados
peeled and seed removed
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
¾ tsp kosher salt
Instructions
1Carefully assemble the processor with the grey spindle and green S-blade™ in the bowl. Add the onion and chili and process until chopped. Add the cilantro and process until finely chopped, scraping down the side occasionally.
2Add the avocados, lime juice and salt and process briefly for a coarse consistency, or process further for a smoother guacamole.
3Guac n’ roll! We know the corn chips are calling, but hey don’t forget to add some avo magic to your tacos, nachos, chili or brekkie burrito. Sandwiches love it, crudites dig it and it sends those enchiladas clean Tex Mex crazy! Best eaten on the day you make it but will happily sit in the fridge for a day in an airtight container.
