These golden garlic wings have little chili kick and are sure to tingel your taste buds. Flavor packed, they're the perfect appetizer or buffet addition.

Ingredients
Measurements:
3 lb chicken wing drumettes and flats (party wings)
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp cornstarch
For the garlic butter
4 tbsp (2 oz) unsalted butter
melted
4 cloves garlic
minced
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp red chili flakes
¼ tsp ground white pepper
¼ tsp kosher salt
Instructions
1Insert the wire rack into position 7. Place the roasting pan on the rack to catch any drips during cooking. Set the oven to Air Fry, Super Convection, 375°F, for 25 minutes, enable Rotate Remind and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
2Place the chicken on paper towels and pat dry to remove any excess moisture.
3Combine the baking powder, salt and cornstarch in a small bowl. Place a third of the chicken and a third of the seasoning in a large bowl and toss to coat. Repeat two more times with the remaining chicken and seasoning. Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fry basket.
Tip: The baking powder helps to crisp and brown the chicken.
4Once preheated, place the basket in position 3 and air fry for 25 minutes. When the Rotate Remind signals, turn the chicken and continue cooking. When the oven signals at the end of cooking, turn the wings again. Adjust the oven to Broil, High, for 6 minutes and press Start. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
5To make the garlic butter, place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
6The chicken should be browned and cooked through. If not, broil a little longer.
7Remove the roasting pan and move the wire rack to position 4. Pour off any fat from the pan.
8Add the chicken to the garlic butter in batches and toss to coat. Place the chicken, flesh side up, in the roasting pan.
9Place the pan in the oven. Set the oven to Broil, Medium, for 3 minutes and press Start.
10The chicken should be browned. If not, broil a little longer.
11Transfer the wings to a serving dish and serve with your favorite sauce.
