Instructions
- 1Insert the wire rack into position 7. Select Phase Cook for P1 and set the oven to Pizza, Super Convection, 370°F, for 10 minutes. Press Confirm for P2, set the oven to Broil, High, for 2 minutes and press Start to preheat.
- 2Once preheated, remove the pizza from the freezer and carefully place it on the rack. With 4 minutes remaining in P1, carefully turn the pizza and continue cooking. The oven will automatically switch to P2.
- 3The cheese should be melted and bubbly and the crust golden brown. If not, cook it a little longer. When ready, open the oven door and slide the rack out. Allow the pizza to stand for 2 minutes.
- 4Your personal pizza party is ready to go. Finish with fresh basil or oregano, scatter with red pepper flakes or simply drizzle with some luscious olive oil for an authentic Italian finish.
