- 1Insert the wire rack into position 7. Select Phase Cook for P1 and set the oven to Pizza, Super Convection, 365°F, for 17 minutes. Press Confirm for P2, set the oven to Broil, High, for 2 minutes and press Start to preheat.
- 2Once preheated, remove the pizza from the freezer and carefully place it on the rack. With 5 minutes remaining in P1, carefully turn the pizza and continue cooking. The oven will automatically switch to P2.
- 3The cheese should be melted and bubbly and the crust golden brown. If not, cook it a little longer. When ready, open the oven door and slide the rack out. Allow the pizza to stand for 2 minutes.
- 4Crust has risen, dough has puffed and crunch has arrived. Don’t forget a magic touch of your own. A sprinkle of fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil or a scatter of red pepper flakes will give you a little bit of authentic right at home.
