Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
Measurements:
6 oz unsalted butter
at room temperature, chopped
2½ cups (12¼ oz) powdered sugar
¼ tsp fine salt
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
3 tbsp heavy cream
at room temperature
Instructions
1Carefully assemble the processor with the grey spindle and green S-blade™ in the bowl. Add the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla and process until light and creamy, scraping down the side occasionally. With the processor on, slowly add the cream through the feed chute and process until just combine, scraping down the side.
2It’s made for cakes, big and small, but also loves a cookie sandwich and is great to pep up a doughnut or cake pop. Options to change it up are as big as your imagination. Color it bright and bold or go for pretty pale pastels. Flavor it with citrus zest or extracts or go for mix-ins…chopped nuts, toasted coconut or sprinkles. Spread, pipe or dollop. Go crazy!
