½ cup (2½ oz) pitted Kalamata olives
2 tbsp drained capers
4 anchovy fillets
1 clove garlic
peeled
¼ long red chili
seeds removed
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper

1Carefully assemble the processor with the grey spindle and green S-blade™ in the bowl. Add all the ingredients and process until finely chopped, scraping down the side occasionally.
2Pop your tapenade in an airtight container and it will happily sit in the fridge for a week. While it’s the classy little-black-dress of appetizer land, you can use it anywhere you want a hit of olive deliciousness. Spread on crostini, add to sandwiches or use in a salad dressing. Use to fill stuffed mushrooms, on pizza or swirl through hot pasta and rice.
