Shrimp with Remoulade
Capers, cornichons and tarragon do a tasty tango with our Essential Mayonnaise for this creamy French sauce packed with tangy flavors. We’ve served it with shrimp for the perfect appetizer, but it’s also great with burgers, grilled veggies or French fries.

Ingredients
Measurements:
½ small shallotpeeled
1 small clove garlicpeeled
1½ oz cornichons
2 tbsp drained capers
1 tbsp tarragon
1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley
½ cup (3¾ oz) Essential Mayonnaise
1 tbsp cornichon juice
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp kosher salt
Cayenne pepperto taste
3 lb cooked jumbo shrimppeeled and deveined
Instructions
- 1Carefully assemble the processor with the grey spindle and green S-blade™ in the bowl. Add the shallot, garlic, cornichons, capers, tarragon and parsley and process until finely chopped, scraping down the side occasionally.
- 2Add the mayonnaise, cornichon juice, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper and process to combine, scraping down the bowl occasionally.
- 3Serve as a dipping sauce with the shrimp.
