Ingredients
Measurements:
2 cups (9 oz) dried sweetened cranberries
1 cup (8 fl oz) white wine
½ cup (4 fl oz) apple cider vinegar
1 cup (7 oz) granulated sugar
2 tbsp black mustard seeds
1 tbsp mustard powder
½ tsp kosher saltplus extra to season
¼ cup (2½ oz) Dijon mustard
Freshly ground black pepperto season
Instructions
- 1Insert the wire rack into position 5, then in Breville+ press Start to preheat and follow along for the rest of the recipe.
- 2Place the cranberries, wine, vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, mustard powder and salt in a large bowl and stir to combine. Transfer to an 8-cup ovenproof dish.
- 3Once preheated, place the dish in the oven and start Autopilot. When the oven signals, stir and continue cooking.
- 4The cranberries should be soft and there should be a small amount of liquid in the bottom of the dish. If not, give it a bit more.
- 5Add the Dijon mustard and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper and set aside to cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
- 6Cranberry mostarda is perfect served as an accompaniment with roast turkey.Tip: Store in an airtight container, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
