These delicious strips of sweet corn are coated in spices and air-fried to make a heathy snack or finger food. Or make it your own by using your favorite spices.
1Insert the wire rack into position 7, place the roasting pan on the rack so it sits beneath the basket to catch any drips during cooking. Place the air fry basket into rack position 3. Set the oven to Air Fry, Super Convection, 445°F, for 13 minutes and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
2Trim the ends from the corn, if necessary. Cut the corn in half crosswise. Place each half, standing vertically on the cutting board. Use the handle of a wooden spoon to hammer on the back of the knife to cut in half. Then, cut into quarters lengthwise.
3Place the curry powder, salt, cumin, onion powder, ginger and oil in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add the corn and toss to coat.
4Once preheated, carefully place the corn in the basket, evenly spaced apart and cook for 13 minutes.
5The corn kernels should be tender when pierced with a knife. If not, cook a little longer.
6Transfer the corn to a plate and serve with the yogurt sprinkled with a little cumin.
