Air-Fried Chicken Wings with Honey Mustard Sauce
Air fried with their own personal Wings function that can be easily adapted depending on the number of wings you cook, these golden beauties emerge crisp and crunchy on the outside and juicy and succulent inside. Finished in golden honey mustard sauce, they’re sweet, tangy and oh so good.

Ingredients
Measurements:
15 chicken wing drumettes and flats (party wings)
1¼ tsp kosher salt
1 tsp cornstarch
½ tsp baking powder
For the honey mustard sauce
¼ cup (3 oz) honey
3 tbsp yellow mustard
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp kosher salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- 1Line the roasting pan with foil and set aside. Insert the oven rack into position 3 Down. Set the oven to Wings, Darkness 2, select 15 Pieces and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
- 2Place the wings on paper towels and pat dry to remove any excess moisture.
- 3Once preheated, place the roasting pan on the rack to catch any drips during cooking. Place the basket into position 1 and air fry for 28 minutes. When the oven signals, turn the wings. Add an extra minute to the cooking time and continue cooking. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
- 4Combine the salt, cornstarch and baking powder in a small bowl. Place the wings in a large bowl, sprinkle with the dry mix and toss to evenly coat. Place the wings in a single layer, evenly spaced apart in the air fry basket.
- 5To make the honey mustard sauce, place all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Remove half the sauce and reserve.
- 6The wings should be golden brown and cooked through. If not, press A Bit More.Tip: It may need a little more or a little less extra cooking time, best to keep an eye on it.
- 7Add the wings to the honey mustard sauce in the large bowl and toss to coat.
- 8Serve the wings drizzled with any excess sauce from the bowl and with the reserved sauce on the side.
