Measurements:
- 7 oz ricotta cheese
- 1½ tbsp (1 oz) honey
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- 4 crumpets
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam
- 8 strawberries
cut into ¼-inch slices
- Powdered sugar

Instructions

Place the ricotta, honey and cardamom in a bowl and whisk until smooth and light.

Place the crumpets in the toaster with the bubbled side facing out. Select Crumpet and press Start to toast.
