Air-Fried Turkey and Cranberry Meatballs
These turkey and cranberry meatballs strike a tasty balance between savory and sweet. Ground turkey is paired with juicy bits of dried cranberry, then crisped up in the Breville oven, for a satisfying bite. They’re quick, flavorful, and ideal for when you want something a little different from your usual meatball routine.

Ingredients
Measurements:
1 lb ground turkey
2 shallotsfinely chopped
½ cup (1 oz) panko breadcrumbs
½ tsp ground allspice
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1½ tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepperto season
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
½ cup (2 oz) dried sweetened cranberrieschopped
1 large egg

Mustardto serve
Instructions
- 1Place all the ingredients into a large bowl. Using your hands, mix to combine.
- 2Insert the oven rack into position 3 Down. Set the oven to Air Fry, Super Convection, 425°F, for 15 minutes and press Start to preheat. Lightly spray the air fry basket with cooking spray. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
- 3Roll 2 tablespoons of the turkey mixture into balls. Place in the air fry basket, evenly spaced apart.
- 4Once preheated, place the roasting pan on the rack to catch any drips during cooking. Insert the basket into position 1 and air fry for 15 minutes. Tip: The oven will signal halfway through cooking. There’s no need to do anything at this point.
- 5The meatballs should be golden brown and read 165°F when tested with a meat thermometer. If not, press A Bit More.
- 6Arrange the meatballs on a serving plate. They’re tender, aromatic, and especially good with a dollop of mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.
