Ingredients
Measurements:
2 (15½ oz) beetspeeled, cut into ¾-inch pieces
1 cup (7 oz) seedless red or green grapes
1¼ cups (1¾ oz) baby spinach
1½ oz gingerpeeled and coarsely chopped
½ (1¾ oz) small lemonpeeled, pith and seeds removed, halved
1 (8½ oz) orangepeeled, pith and seeds removed, halved
¼ cup (¼ oz) fresh mint leavesfirmly packed
10 ice-cubes
1⅔ (13½ fl oz) chilled organic unfiltered apple juice
Instructions
- 1Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
- 2Select the GREEN SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
- 3Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
