Ingredients

Measurements:

  • small lime icon
    1 small lime

    peeled, pith and seeds removed

  • medium green kiwi icon
    1 (3½ oz) medium green kiwi

    peeled

  • medium cucumber icon
    1 (4½ oz) medium cucumber

    coarsely chopped

  • ice-cube icon
    6 ice-cubes
  • chilled coconut water icon
    1½ cups chilled coconut water
  • kale leaf icon
    3 (3 oz) kale leaves

    stems removed, leaves washed and coarsely chopped

  • medium pear icon
    1 (9 oz) medium pear

    quartered, cored

Instructions

  • 1

    Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.

  • 2

    Select the GREEN SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.

  • 3

    Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
