Ingredients
Measurements:
½ cup (4 fl oz) gin
½ cup (4 fl oz) Campari
½ cup (4 fl oz) sweet vermouth
1 cup (5 oz) ice cubes
1 ½-inch piece (¾ oz) fresh gingerpeeled
8 (4¼ lb) orangespeeled and pith removed plus the peeled zest of 1 orange to serve
Instructions
- 1Put the gin, Campari, vermouth and ice cubes in the blender and attach the jug to the juice collector spout.
- 2Process the ginger through the juicer using the HARD program.
- 3Reduce to MEDIUM and juice the oranges.
- 4Remove the juice collector and place the blender jug onto the motor base and secure the lid.
- 5Select the FROZEN COCKTAIL program and blend until smooth.
- 6Pour the cocktail into 4 glasses. Press the orange zest onto skewers and set over the glasses to serve.
