Ingredients
Measurements:
12 (3⅓ lb) ripe tomatoes
4 (4 oz) celery stalks
1 (5 oz) lemonpeeled and pith removed
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp Tabasco sauce
⅔ cup (5½ fl oz) vodkachilled
Flaky sea saltto season
Freshly ground black pepperto season
To serve
Crushed ice
Small celery stalks
Celery salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- 1Process the tomatoes and celery through the juicer using the FAST speed.
- 2Process the lemon through the juicer using the QUIET speed.
- 3Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and vodka. Season well with salt and pepper.
- 4Spoon the crushed ice into chilled glasses. Pour the juice over the ice and add a celery stalk to each glass. Sprinkle with celery salt and pepper and serve.Tip: For a virgin Bloody Mary omit the vodka.
