Measurements:

12¼ oz strawberries
hulled
⅓ cup (½ oz) loosely packed mint leaves
⅓ cup (2¼ oz) granulated sugar
1 cup (8 fl oz) chilled vodka
1¾ cups (14 fl oz) chilled pomegranate juice

Instructions

1Put the strawberries, mint and sugar in the blender and secure the lid. CHOP for 2-3 seconds until coarsely chopped.
2Add the vodka and pomegranate juice. MIX for 4-5 seconds until just combined.
3Pour into glasses and serve.
