Ingredients
Measurements:
½ cup (2 oz) oat bran
2 tbsp chia seeds
8 (5½ oz) medjool datespitted
2 (9½ oz) medium bananaspeeled and halved
3¼ cups (26 fl oz) chilled unsweetened almond milk
¾ cup (6 oz) plain Greek-style yogurt
1½ tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- 1Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
- 2Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
- 3Pour into glasses and serve.Tip: For a dairy-free option change the Greek-style yogurt to coconut yogurt.
