Ingredients
Measurements:
2 cups (16 fl oz) coconut waterchilled
2 (14 oz) bananapeeled and chopped
1 cup (6 oz) frozen blueberries
7 oz frozen acai berry pulpcoarsely chopped
1 (10½ oz) small beetpeeled and chopped
¾ cup (3 oz) toasted granola
2 tbsp whey or vegan protein powderoptional
To serve
Granola
Blueberries
Goji berries
Instructions
- 1Place all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
- 2Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
- 3Pour into four bowls. Top with granola, blueberries and goji berries to serve.Tip: You can use about 9½ oz chopped frozen banana instead of fresh banana.
