Ingredients
Measurements:
2½ cups (12¼ oz) frozen chopped mango
¾ cup (6¼ oz) reduced fat vanilla yogurt or coconut milk yogurt
2 tbsp white chia seeds
2 cups (16 fl oz) chilled milk, almond, rice or soy milk
Instructions
- 1Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
- 2Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
- 3Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
