If the cookie monster had a favorite caffeine fix…this would be it! 3 big-boy shots of chilled espresso get blended with ice cream and cookies for a sweet creamy frappe that’s naughty, nice and very frosty.

Ingredients

Measurements:

1 shot espresso
chilled, beanz.com recommends Thou Mayest, Super Ego
4 fl oz whole milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 oz Oreo cookies
approximately 5 cookies, plus extra to garnish
1 oz ice-cubes
Thick chocolate syrup
to garnish

Instructions

1Place the chilled espresso, milk, ice cream and ice in a blender and blend until combined.
2Serve the espresso cookies and cream shake in a tall serving glass rimmed with chocolate sauce and garnish with chopped Oreos.
