  Place the milk, pistachios and sugar in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour through a sieve lined with cheese cloth to strain into a liquid measuring cup.

  Fill a large serving glass with ice and add the pistachio milk. Pour in the cold brew and garnish with chopped pistachios to serve.
